What is planning? Why planning? Planning is key the key to proper time management.Its difficult to feel organised and on the top the things if you're unprepared.Having a fixed plan for what all you have to do on the particular day seems very effective.It actually helps you to accomplish you goals. My Work Out Journey  It all started when I was in 8th Grade. I was around 4.5 feet at that time. My father had appointed a personal trainer who would come to my place day-to-day and instruct my Mom and Dad.
